Our main policy in any case is to make our customers happy and comfortable. For hygienic reasons we have some basic restrictions, as you may know, underwear is not exchangeable (anywhere in the world and for any reason).
However, for products such as pajamas, corsets and bras we can study each particular case and try to give you an appropriate solution, if your purchase is approved for exchange make sure that no more than 5 working days have passed to return it, remember that most of our garments are intimate apparel and we must take care of the health and welfare of all our customers, so we must be very strict following these rules. In case you have changed your mind about the product you received, you can exchange it for another of equal or lesser value if applicable.
To request warranty on any product check the WARRANTY POLICY section, or send an email to velinora.official@gmail.com explaining your situation along with your full name, order number and photos and / or videos if applicable.
The warranty period for quality defects is 30 days from the moment you received the product. In case of warranty claim, please send us an email to velinora.official@gmail.com informing your full name, what is the damage or defect photos or videos attached if you want, indicating the date of purchase and order number. We will reply back to you by this chanel if the warranty is applicable or not and the instructions to follow.
If we are not notified before receiving your return, we will be unable to process your request and your items will be shipped back to you at your expense.
All warranties are subject to review and we reserve the right to accept returns and warranties
If the product you received is damaged, brings defects in manufacturing or if we shipped the incorrect item, we will gladly pay for the return shipping.
In case you want to return it because it didn’t turn out the way were hoping for, then we will ask you to pay for the return shipping cost.
Any item(s) marked with sale or disscounts are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
Velinora does not accept returns on final sale items, items with any signs of wear, or any of the original tags not included.
